Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026

This page describes the privacy practices for the current informational website, Google Analytics measurement, hosted email-list forms, browser-local training tools, coaching inquiry flows and Personalized Training order-intake flow.

Information we collect

The website does not currently operate public user accounts or a DesiGenetics-hosted customer database. Standard hosting and security systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, request data and security logs when you visit the site. DesiGenetics also uses Google Analytics 4 for aggregate website measurement as described below. If you choose to use an email-list form, coaching inquiry or order-intake flow, additional information is handled as described below.

Email list and Kit

DesiGenetics uses a hosted email-list form provided by Kit. If you choose to subscribe, the email address and any information requested by that hosted form are sent to and processed by Kit for email-list management, confirmation and delivery. DesiGenetics does not claim that a quiz or calculator result is automatically emailed to you unless a page explicitly provides that functionality. The current Training Quiz and calculator save actions can copy, share or open an email draft on your device; joining the email list is a separate optional action. Subscription confirmation, unsubscribe controls and related email processing are handled through the hosted email-list service. Do not enter medical records or unnecessary sensitive information into an email-list form.

Coaching fit check

The Coaching Fit Check can operate in more than one mode. When first-party secure submission is enabled, the fields you deliberately submit are sent over HTTPS to a DesiGenetics server-side endpoint and then delivered through the configured inquiry processor, such as an email-delivery service or a private webhook. DesiGenetics does not intentionally send coaching free-text answers, names, email addresses, Instagram handles or medical details to Google Analytics. If direct submission is unavailable, the site can offer the existing Google Form as the primary fallback; information submitted there is processed by Google under its applicable terms and privacy practices. The separate email fallback prepares a message on your device and sends nothing until you choose to send it. Inquiry messages and submitted fit-check information may be retained as reasonably necessary to review the inquiry, respond, prevent abuse and maintain business records. When direct submission is enabled, a pseudonymous growth-session identifier may also be attached to the private sales-pipeline record so aggregate owner reporting can attribute a later coaching outcome or revenue back to the originating visit without placing your contact details or coaching free-text answers in the growth-event dataset. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses or other unnecessary sensitive information through the coaching fit check.

Personalized Training order intake

The Personalized Training intake runs in your browser. Your answers are not submitted to or stored in a DesiGenetics website database when you fill out the page. Choosing Prepare order request creates an email draft containing the information you entered and a locally generated request reference ID. Nothing is sent automatically. You can review, edit, copy or decide not to send the request. If you send it, the contents are transmitted through the email services used by you and DesiGenetics so the order can be reviewed and payment/delivery details can be confirmed. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses or other unnecessary sensitive information through the intake.

First-party session attribution and conversion context

DesiGenetics may use browser session storage to preserve basic first-party visit context such as a campaign/source parameter, referring hostname, the first page visited and non-personal funnel states such as whether a quiz was completed, a program was generated or an email form was started. On the production website, selected allowlisted conversion events may also be sent to a DesiGenetics-controlled server-side measurement endpoint so the owner can understand which acquisition source, landing page or content path led to later funnel progress. The first-party measurement record uses a pseudonymous browser-session identifier and limited event context; it is designed not to store names, email addresses, phone numbers, coaching free-text answers, health inputs, payment details, raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings in the growth-event table. When you request Program Builder delivery, the pseudonymous growth-session identifier and Program ID may be retained as non-email attribution keys so a later consented private sales-pipeline outcome can be linked back to the visit that generated the program. These attribution keys are used for aggregate owner growth reporting and do not expose contact details in the growth-event dataset. The first-party growth collector is disabled when the browser exposes Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Standard hosting and security infrastructure can still process normal request information as described above.

Training Audit result email delivery

The Training Audit shows the complete score and priority on-screen without requiring an email address. If you choose Email My Result, the email address, audit score and non-sensitive priority category are sent over HTTPS to a DesiGenetics server-side endpoint and processed by the configured email-delivery provider so the requested result and static 7-day action plan can be delivered. The endpoint does not receive individual quiz answers, medical information or free-text health data. Requesting the result email does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. A separate, unchecked consent box may be offered; only if you choose it may your email address also be sent to Kit for DesiGenetics email-list management. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Program Builder email delivery

The Program Builder can optionally send the generated workout to an email address you provide. This is a separate action from generating or saving the workout in your browser. When you press Email My Program, the email address, optional first name, generated program text and limited non-sensitive program context such as plan ID, goal, training days and priority area are sent over HTTPS to a DesiGenetics server-side endpoint and processed by the configured email-delivery provider for delivery. Local adaptive training logs are not included in this email request. Requesting workout delivery does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. A separate, unchecked marketing-consent box may be offered; only if you choose it may your email address and optional first name also be sent to Kit for DesiGenetics email-list management. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Do not use the workout-delivery form to send medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.

Optional local training memory

The Adaptive Program Builder can optionally remember training logs in your browser using local storage after you explicitly start an adaptive block. Those local logs can include the generated plan identifier, exercises, set load, repetitions, RIR, movement-tolerance selections, simple readiness selections such as sleep, stress, soreness and energy, and the local analysis generated from those entries. Engine 5.6 can derive browser-local scheduled-week evidence and progression guidance from those logs and can export that browser-local record as a JSON backup and import a compatible JSON backup that you deliberately select. Import and analysis run in the browser; the selected backup file and training log are not uploaded or synced to a DesiGenetics server. You can delete saved sessions, export a backup, clear the tool's local training data, or clear browser/site data.

Third-party services and content

Links to platforms such as Instagram take you to third-party services governed by their own privacy policies. Some hosted forms or externally delivered media can also cause your browser to request content directly from a third-party provider, which may receive normal request information such as IP address, browser details and the requested resource as part of delivering that service.

Google Analytics, cookies and measurement

DesiGenetics uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate website usage and conversion paths. GA4 can process information such as page URL and title, referrer, device/browser information, approximate geographic information, page views, scrolls, outbound-link interactions and selected DesiGenetics funnel events. The Google tag can use cookies or similar browser identifiers for analytics measurement depending on your browser and privacy settings. DesiGenetics configures the site tag with Google Signals and advertising-personalization features disabled and does not intentionally send names, email addresses, coaching free-text answers, medical details or payment information to GA4. Selected DesiGenetics funnel events are forwarded through an allowlist that excludes the browser-session identifier and free-text form content. Google processes Analytics data under its own terms and privacy controls. You can restrict or clear cookies and site data using your browser settings.
